WCMA Announces Ideas Showcase Line-Up at 2019 Cheese Industry Conference

Quick, practical talks on the topics dairy processors care most about - that’s what you can expect from the popular Ideas Showcase, held at the 2019 Cheese Industry Conference April 17-18 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin.  The conference is co-hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and the Center for Dairy Research.  Registration is open now at CheeseConference.org.
